Colleagues working at the Queen Elizabeth and Selly Oak Hospitals can download our grant application forms here to request expenditure from research funds, general funds or earmarked funds.
If you need to claim for reimbursement of expenses incurred on behalf of the charity, the forms and guidelines are available here Please note - this is for colleagues working at the Queen Elizabeth & Selly Oak Hospitals only, not for fundraisers. Fundraisers should contact our team on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a query around expenses.
Fund Advisors can recommend expenditure on earmarked funds subject to the charity's guidelines. The latest version, dated June 2009, contains details on how to utilise the charitable funds.
